I was brought up to Alaska when I was 10 by my mom and have lived here ever since. I immediately fell in love with the world class salmon fishing and when I turned 14 we moved to Montana Creek where I spent my entire summers fishing every day. I was hooked to say the least. About 8 years ago the only family I had up here and the person who brought me here in the first place all moved back to Washington but at this point in life I don't feel like I belong anywhere but this the only place I've ever really felt was home. Alaska spoke to me through simple things like community and our friendly peaceful way of living and said I am home and she is keeping me right here where I belong.
